How long will it take to cool the product?
It depends on the amount of product, the temperature of the product and the packaging of the product. Eg boxes of beer in cardboard not already cooled will take longer than already chilled boxes of beer.
If product is at room temperature, allow at least 5-6 hours once the chiller is loaded for products to cool.
Can I load the chiller/freezer trailer with product and then drive it to site?
