For a chiller allow 30 minutes, for a freezer allow one hour.

It depends on the amount of product, the temperature of the product and the packaging of the product. Eg boxes of beer in cardboard not already cooled will take longer than already chilled boxes of beer.
If product is at room temperature, allow at least 5-6 hours once the chiller is loaded for products to cool.

No. Load products into the chiller once it is set up and at the correct temperature.
Stacking products or loose products left on the chiller floor during transport will damage the chiller.
